Named after the heavenly nectar of Greek mythology, Ambrosa embodies the divine and delightful ambiance created by our handcrafted luminaires. It symbolises more than light; it's a transformative experience, infusing spaces with radiant beauty and a touch of the extraordinary.
 
We take immense pride in crafting each pendant in Adelaide using a single piece of Natural Renewable Timber,  ensuring both its aesthetic appeal and functionality are of the highest standard. As each pendant is customisable and made to order, you can select the timber of your choice, kickstarting the production process. With upward and downward facing light components, you can enjoy an exceptional blend of directional and ambient lighting, each of which can be individually controlled and dimmed to your preference.
From selecting the rough sawn timber, we machine it to size and reveal its true grain and color. Only when we are satisfied that the beauty and uniqueness of the piece are exemplary, we proceed to the next step. The final size of the piece is squared off, and we carve out channels for LED and cable by hand routing. Then, we taper and shape it to its final form, sand it by hand, and finish it with a durable satin clear coat. Afterward, we fit it with top-quality lighting components and custom milled fittings. Finally, the pendant is rigorously checked to ensure that it meets our high standards before being dispatched to you.
